Life is full of surprises that lead us to our true calling. Through challenges and triumphs, I've grown, adapted and learned to thrive, no matter the task at hand.

Each phase of life is like a stepping stone, teaching you the important lessons you will need to take on the next venture. Throughout my journey, I have come to embrace the detours, veering off the path to explore what possibilities and opportunities the world has to offer.

In college, I planned to become an educator; even though I never taught formally, I am educating my clients throughout their home buying and selling process. After graduating, the allure of the hospitality industry led me in a different direction. I found myself taking graduate classes in hotel and restaurant management at Florida International University in Miami while working at Disney World.

This opened many doors for me – I worked in hotel sales for several years, eventually transitioning to pharmaceutical sales. Working for two of the largest sales forces in the world, Hilton Hotels and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. I learned invaluable skills through the training and experience I gained. With a great track record and high performance, my future was set. I still felt there were more growth opportunities in an industry where I could start my own business.

I began to wonder: What if I applied my knowledge and skills toward something of my own? The thought of being an entrepreneur in full control of my own business sparked an idea.

In 2004, I left behind the corporate world and obtained my real estate license, relying on my background to serve as the foundation for my future. My first year was filled with learning and growth. I immersed myself in the industry, learning everything I could and quickly found success. I earned the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage “Rookie of the Year” Award. Treating people well and having exceptional communication became the cornerstones of the great services I offer.

While the industry has experienced its fair share of challenges, I have weathered the storms by adapting and evolving. The years following the 2008 market downturn were particularly demanding, but I embraced the opportunity to learn about foreclosures and short sales. I acquired additional certifications and expanded professional relationships to navigate these complex transactions.

Building and growing my business has been an incredible journey, and I've been fortunate to experience significant growth in recent years. Despite the setbacks caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, it allowed for the opportunity to offer enhanced services to my clients. As a result, the past three years have been some of the best years of my career.

I believe my ability to adapt to change while continuing to prioritize the client has allowed me to build such a successful business. The milestones and achievements I've accomplished are a testament to my dedication and commitment to my craft. I have been honored with numerous awards, including being part of the Coldwell Banker President's Club since 2012. I'm grateful for the support and trust my clients have and continue to place in me.

Beyond my professional endeavors, my life revolves around my family. This includes my wife Andrea, a local schoolteacher, and my boys, Zachary, Joshua and Noah. All three boys are actively involved in sports, including baseball and swimming, keeping Andrea and I busy year-round, supporting and cheering them on. We often travel together for their competitions, exploring different cities and states. Seeing their talent and passion grow from a young age has been incredibly rewarding.

If there's one thing I've learned, it's that life is a journey meant to

be explored. By trying different paths, I ultimately found my calling in real estate. Now, I get to encourage my sons as they embark on their own adventures, reminding them that life's true beauty lies in the journey itself.

My approach to real estate is rooted in integrity, open communication and a commitment to my clients. I understand that buying or selling a home is a significant decision, and I strive to provide unparalleled service and support throughout the entire process. While I work with a diverse range of clients, including professional athletes and musicians, my specialty lies in residential properties. No matter the price point, every client of mine receives the same high level of service.

What sets me apart from the average REALTOR® is my unwavering commitment to my clients and the relationships I build. I believe in going above and beyond, ensuring that my client's needs are met during the transaction and long after the deal is closed. When we successfully close on a great home, I enjoy sending dinner to celebrate the first night in the new home. I also make it a point to stay connected, sending personalized gifts and keeping in touch, ready to offer resources and support for future real estate needs!

Sincerely,
